Basement bathrooms can be a real plus in the overall functionality of a home. Our client was interested in getting her entire basement done, but opted on doing the bathroom first, due to budget limitations. We were happy to work with her to get the job done right.
For the more astute readers, the problem with the cleanout in the far back left corner was taken care of by attaching an extension pipe which took it to the adjacent room. Problem solved.
Here are the stats: large 24″x24″ porcelain tiles for the walls and floor, Ove glass shower stall and shower pan, floating vanity, toilet and brush nickel hardware/fixtures throughout. Of course everything was capped off with a fresh paint job. Nice place to spend some alone-time!
