This is engineered hardwood flooring put down in a brand-new house. It’s very common for buyers to opt out of the builder’s upgrade and just install carpeting (temporary). After the house has been purchased they then will go ahead and install the flooring of choice at a lower rate of cost.

After ripping out the existing carpet, we ensure that the subfloor is properly screwed to the joists below. Who likes walking on squeaky floors? We then will install the underlayment and finally the actual flooring.

This is the first thing you see when you open the front door. Welcome home!
